Terms of sale
1. Seller

2. Products
We sell digital products: printable label kits that open in your web browser, with PDF guides. They are delivered as downloads. File formats and what you need to use them are stated on each product page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. The total price, including any VAT, is shown before you pay. Orders are processed by Payhip (shop.thelabelkit.com) or Gumroad (thelabelkit.gumroad.com). On Payhip, card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, and Payhip collects and pays EU and UK VAT on digital products. On Gumroad, Gumroad sells to you as merchant of record and adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout.
4. Delivery
You get a download link on the confirmation page and by email straight after payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is supplied straight away, this right ends when the download is made available to you, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this at checkout and confirm it in your order email.
If you did not give that consent, you can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase. Use our withdrawal form or email hello@thelabelkit.com with your name, order email and order details. We confirm receipt by email and refund you within 14 days using the payment method you used.
6. Faulty files and refunds
If a file does not open or does not work as described, tell us. We will fix or replace it, and if we cannot, we refund you. This does not limit your statutory rights if the digital content is not in conformity with the contract. As a voluntary extra, we also refund any purchase within 14 days if the product does not work as described on its product page.
7. Licence
Use the kit to make labels for your own products and business, as often as you like. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files or templates.
8. Disclaimer
The kit gives you layouts and commonly used wording. It is not legal advice and does not classify your product. You remain responsible for the information on your labels and for meeting the rules where you sell.
9. Complaints
Contact us first at hello@thelabelkit.com. Consumers resident in Denmark may complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (naevneneshus.dk), within its conditions, including its value limits and fee. Consumers in other EU countries can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country (ECC-Net).
10. Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
